I was alone in Salt Lake City, Utah, re-reading Arnold Ehret’s Rational Fasting. I found the book in 1972 but didn't realize what it until now that I was looking for like-minded friends to support me. The Club has filled that need and more. Keep up the good work.

My wife suffered terribly from constipation. She's now 39 and no longer suffers. I bought a book of Dr.Ehret's, which included a sure cure for constipation at the end of the book. The book’s title was "Rationalized Fasting". It was a small book. I doubted it but it did help my wife. I am very grateful.

Just a couple of things here. Received the Rational Fasting book when I picked up mail last Sunday. e. What I have read is absolutely the best. Amazing stuff.

I have received the books you sent me: Mucusless Diet Healing System and Rational Fasting. I read the former now very carefully after twenty five years. I pray that God will grant me enough grace to strictly apply this great teaching of Prof. Arnold Ehret. I have been now for 18 months on Mucusless diet and because I am hard pressed by deferent duties I will not be able to go on longer fasts but will adapt one day meal a day regime which will be daily fasting. I want to thank you for the books
