I picked up the "mucusless diet healing system" because I have Cystic Fibrosis and my body produces much more mucus than normal. The book outlines that treatment should be individual to the person but provides insight about what those options are.

The book "Mucusless Diet Healing System" is my "bible" for the last 24 years. It’s for the purpose of helping people to understand the pure truth about health. I enjoy furthering Mr. Erhet's teachings and philosophy and communicate them with the conviction of having experienced that way of life for almost 25 years in the present world.

I give the Mucusless Diet to people I know who I feel might profit from the information contained therein. I just got off the phone with my friend Rodney. He sounded a little rough around the edges, so I asked him about it. I knew he
had read the Mucousless Diet book a couple of times that I gave him a month ago and liked what he was reading. He told me he had been down the past couple of days, and that he now realized it was a Healing Crisis. So he will be taking the next day or two slow. Keep in mind this a very fit 58
year old fellow (runs, works out, karate, etc.). His family has even commented how much better he is looking.

I feel GREAT!, I started in July 2002 it is now Nov. 02, I have lost 40lb and feel better than I've ever felt in my life.

Eating fruit, 1/2hr. later coleslaw, 1/2hr. later lightly steamed veg. 1/2hr. later fish, 1/2hr later pumpernickle bread. I do this twice a day with emenas as needed.

My tongue is now nice and red, so I feel the mucus is now out of my body.

I started on the ehret Diet in early 1979. At that time I was living in Houston, TX and I have been on the diet ever since. At the beginning I had a lot of health problems among them asthma. sinusitis and the worst of all rheumatoid arthritis. I took antibiotics, synthetic calcium, aspirin and many more that I don't remember. But the worst of all was cortisone, It destroyed my muscles, nerves and bones, in short my whole body. I was a walking dead. I found in a grocery store a book on how to overcome arthritis and I became a regular vegetarian. I bought all kinds of vegetarian books until one day I found the Mucusless Diet Healing System. Then I acquired the rest of his books.

I have tried to introduce people into this diet with a few successes. I got rid of my health problems except arthritis But I am gaining the battle. Further more this diet woke up my spiritual life. I could write a book about all my experiences ever since I have been on the diet.
