I am so glad that I found 11th edition copy of Mucusless Diet Healing System in the barn in back of a second hand store. Since that time three months ago when I came across Ehret's book I have been avidly implementing Professor Ehret's teachings in my own life and sharing them with anyone in need and receptive enough.

When I read Ehret's book, it so transformed my life that I spent every spare minute inputting this 11th edition copy of Mucusless Diet Healing System, which was steadily falling apart.

I was afraid that this valuable information was a lost and unknown secret, and that once gone from my hand it would be impossible to find it again!

I am so happy that I found it online at your website. I am missing this section of the book due to the fact that I gave my copy away (!) I really feel the urge to help sick people through Ehret's teachings.

I bought a book Mucusless Diet and it has done excellent work.
I have now joined the club and bought all of the other books. I think I need something like business cards that I can give to people when they ask me how come I am so healthy. I would really like to advertise the books.

I have to add that since 1984 I was healed from various things which
include scoliosis and thyroid cancer, and in 1987 the Spirit of God
told me His Word was healing to all my flesh. I found the Scripture
in Proverbs 4:20+, so I give Him all the glory for my fantastic health.

I am ever so grateful He led me to the books of prof Ehret, as He is
after all the Author of Genesis 1:29, and used the professor to
enlighten our poor eyes!!!

The book "Mucusless Diet Healing System" is my "bible" for the last 24 years. It’s for the purpose of helping people to understand the pure truth about health. I enjoy furthering Mr. Erhet's teachings and philosophy and communicate them with the conviction of having experienced that way of life for almost 25 years in the present world.

Arnold Ehret changed my life with his Mucusless Diet Healing System. It took me almost three years for complete transition, but when all I was eating was smaller amounts of non-mucus forming foods, I felt better than ever before in my life. Thanks for keeping these works available today.

I've been an Ehretist since August, 1988. I believe in the Mucusless Diet Healing System. I've been struggling to overcome gluttony all my life. I was programmed to be a glutton since childhood by my parents and like anarexia nervosa (sp?), it is almost impossible to overcome, but I have to believe it's possible. I have overcome my addiction to grain and dairy simply because my body says that it will hurt me if I eat them, but because I have a very hard time controlling my urges to eat, I have a hard time fasting, although I KNOW that that's the answer. I've read The Mucusless Diet Healing System 4 times and believe every word. It has become my bible, because I know that the only sin is the sin of overeating and eating the poisoness, constipating foods that cause all human disease.

Just to let you know about the residual effects from the transitional diet I am recieving, it's almost like in the matrix you can peer into the other world, then you see beyond all the hype of the advertising of drugs, fastfoods etc.

This world over here is so much better. With this diet or lifestyle along with meditation transformation to super-human status can be obtainable in this lifetime. I went the raw food way years ago but knew something was missing so here it is the mucusless diet.

I absolutely love "The Diet"! Even when I am going through vicious cleansing reactions I am delighted to be cleansing. I am (lean/clean) thanks to Ehret. People often comment on how much younger I look. The incredible thing is I'm not even on all fruit yet. I eat one meal a day 50% fruit- 50% vegetable salad. I do 3 to 4 fasts a month usually 4 to 5 days using lemonade with maple syrup and senna & peppermint tea.
